Mainrich International coordinates magnet engineering, quality requirements and supply through a four-site production network we hold equity stakes in. We work with engineering and procurement teams on loose magnets and finished magnetic assemblies.
From the drawing to the production route
Our sintered NdFeB capability summary is N30 to N56. Grade, series, geometry and operating conditions are reviewed together. Ring constructions can have narrower limits than the company summary.
For assemblies, the review includes the carrier, bond line, retention method and magnetisation sequence. The quotation and control plan define the agreed part, inspection requirements and delivery schedule.

The production network spans Guangdong, Zhejiang and Liaoning. Mainrich coordinates the proposed material route and supplier responsibilities for each programme. Our London office supports international engineering and procurement conversations.

Documentation for the actual order
A certificate applies to the named production entity and the activities in its scope. Ask for the current plant certificate, applicable test records and submission requirements for your part. A historical sample report does not establish performance or chemical compliance for every product.
