What We Supply

Typical DC motor magnet deliverables—from prototype sets to production lots.

Arc Segments

NdFeB, SmCo, or ferrite arc tiles sized to rotor/stator geometry.

Multipole Ring Magnets

Ring magnets with specified pole count and magnetization pattern for smooth output.

Rotor Magnet Assemblies

Bonded magnet + sleeve / fixtures where required—delivered ready for integration.

Coated & Qualified Parts

Coatings selected for your environment (humidity, salt, oil) with inspection support.

How to Choose the Right Magnet

Magnet selection is usually driven by four constraints: required torque density, operating temperature, corrosion environment, and demagnetization margin.

As a rule of thumb: NdFeB delivers the highest torque in compact motors; SmCo is preferred for higher temperatures and stability; ferrite is a cost-effective choice when space is less constrained.

Common Failure Modes

  • Overheating → coercivity loss / partial demagnetization
  • Current surges → demag risk at startup or overload
  • Corrosion → coating mismatch to environment
  • Fit & variation → torque ripple from poor matching

Quality & Documentation

For motor programs, consistency matters as much as peak strength. We can support traceability and batch consistency metrics based on your requirements.

Material & Curve Data

Grade confirmation and magnetic property reporting (e.g., Br / Hcj / BHmax) as agreed.

Coating & Durability

Coating selection guidance and verification (adhesion, corrosion performance) when required.

Matched Sets

Flux matching for stable torque and reduced cogging/torque ripple.

Compliance Support

Environmental compliance documentation (e.g., RoHS / REACH) upon request.
